i have attempted my jee in CBSE board in 2018 and with NTA in 2019 both the times am i elgible to attempt again in 2020(jan and april)..??

Below is the information from careers360's site about the number of attempts for JEE MAIN
Originally every candidate has a maximum of three attempts for JEE Main. Candidates can appear twice for the entrance test in a year. So this is used in correlation with the original number of attempts, from 2019 onwards, JEE Main number of attempts in total will be six.
