i have cast certificate from delhi but i uave done my 10 and 12 from punjab is it valid in jee

Hi ! Hello The central reseevation system is applicable all over india but few caste are given obc only in thier states.so i would suggest you to visit the central OBC castes and categories and if your cast is mentioned over there it would be applicable all over india.

I have st caste certificate but in Punjab there is no st category

During counseling process you will need to cast Certificate of Central Government, by the state cast Certificate of Delhi. After this your certificate will be valid everywhere in India.

In jee counselling brochure it's clearly mentioned that your home state is that state from where you have completed your 12th class or 12 board state.so your home state quota considered is punjab and you will get home state benifit in Punjab only.
In counseling you have to make caste certificate of central gov.on the basis of state government caste certificate.so your central government caste certificate is valid in all states.
