In diploma you took mechatronics so you can just go with mechatronics or else you can also go with robotics but your main subject is mechatronics . If you go with mechatronics you will learn a deeper about that subject and you will get good knowledge sk that you can easily gain job related to that subject . If you go with robotics you should learn new subject and you will get only half knowledge and that totally depends on you
