Dear candidate,
The 30% state quota is that in which those students come who have not passed hsc exam from maharastra. This would include female reservations and 5% reservation for oh category.
70% state quota is for those who passed hsc from maharastra or person with specific defense quota .So the seats are distributed this way so that students who passed hsc from maharastra are preferred.
