There should not be any problem but I would suggest you to wait till the correction date open, If there will be option available to Edit or change for Roll Number then you can make correct it.

Paneet no need to worry about that the NEET authorities will open the registration window from January 14 - January 31in that respective time you can easily be able to rectify your all mistakes which you have done in the application form while filling.
