Your chances are very low to fetch a government BDS seat with this score,even with OBC category. Since, you belong to Karnataka state there the cutoff goes very high for MBBS and BDS seats. Even if you have Karnataka state domicile, it will be difficult to get a seat in government college.

You can go for private colleges with less cutoffs, if you can afford the high tution fee of the institution. But it will not worth for your career after completion of your BDS degree from private college.

You should give one more chance to yourself, by dropping one year.

With a score of 180 in the obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 292 was required to fetch one a seat in the ESIC dental college, Gulbarga in the obc category under the state quota. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
