Congratulation to you for securing such a good rank. As you have secured 24079 rank and you are lying under general category. You are already a dropper ,I suggest you to take admission in some NITs without taking 2nd drop. You may get a seat for civil engineering and mechanical engineering in your state NIT if your CRL rank is 24079
