Are you asking for VIT? If yes then the chances are less to get a seat for CSE branch in VIT Vellore, Chennai & Amaravati campuses but you can get the branch in VIT Bhopal. You can check further information about VIT counselling with the given below link.

What do you mean by DD? I have been told to pay Rs.3,00,000 after counselling.
