hey there!

It mostly depends on the colleges or universities you are applying in and the course for which you have applied. Your certificates need to be recognized by the institution you are applying in, and there has to be provision for scholarship based on that. Every Institute might not have these provisions.

I am not asking whether i got scholarship from all colleges .That certificates are useful or not and can i get scholarship atleast one college
