I have not written my Name and date of photograph taken on my scanned image in jee main form, I have completed the online process??

According, to JEE Main brochure you should have a scanned image of your photograph.
The photograph should be colour or b/w (but clear contrast) with name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph printed on it.
Candidates with unclear photograph are liable to be rejected.
Candidates may keep 6-8 identical photographs in reserve for use at the time of entrance examination,Seat Allocation Processand Admission.
You can change your photograph at the time of correction.
