No there is no need to give your graduation certificate while registration for NEET UG but during admission process it will be required, so arrange it by that time.

your highest qualification with PCB remain 10+2 because you don't have Physics in your Bachelor's programme therefore for NEET UG 2022 your qualification code is 02 .

You need to satisfy the eligibility requirements for NEET UG

And the eligibility criteria says that

For 10+2 or equivalent :-

>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.

>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).
