i have qualified in icet entrance with 4000 rank but still i have not received any calls or messages from any college or university

No need to worry, first make sure that you`ve competed all the necessary steps as mentioned in the official website along with payments and all formalities in given time limit. If not the process is as follows, you just need to log in to the portal, you must get the application form of the exam you are referring to. Just contact the exam authorities, that`s the only way.
