I am Naveen Id not get my degree marks memo i wrote my 5th sem ug instant on july 2018, so i can attend counselling on 18 july 2018 or not

As long as you get your instant exam results and you qualify too before final admission process you will be eligible provided you must secure the minimum marks mentioned in ICET which is 50% in graduation for both TS ICET and AP ICET.
