A lot of students are facing this issue as there is a heavy traffic on the network all of a sudden. Also it might have happened due to poor internet connectivity or if the internet speed in your area is low. So try after sometime. First make your device is actively connected to the internet service. Then refresh the page or restart the device. This will remove all the unnecessary cache that will be stored on the site. This should work. If there is any technical error on the website, MCC will notify students about the same.
