Hi Ali,
For the score of 253, getting into any Tamil Nadu Medical college either through All India Quota (AIQ) is quite an impossibility if you are from a different domicile. If you are from the state of Tamil Nadu, getting a seat in one of the private institutes through management quota is a possibility, though the chances are thin.
You can try for other streams like AYUSH, paramedical, etc.
