There is no any chances to get Government college with this Marks even if you fall under reservation category because you are OBC candidate,let me tell you cuttoff for Obc candidates are always higher and for getting admission into good goverment colleges your score should be around 500 to 540 +.So now still you have chances you can go for any Private medical colleges nearby your State,which will provide you admission on the basis of your Marks in NEET.Don't worry dont loose hope.just do it
