AP Medical Seats are categorised into AU, SVU, OU areas. The cut offs for BC category in these 3 areas for 2018 under State Quota have been as follows:

AU: 484
SVU: 473
OU: 458

With 427, you unfortunately get a seat in a Government Medical College. You might get a Private Medical College seat. Even for All India Quota, 427 is a less score for BC Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
