If you are from UR or General Category then i am sorry but you can't get any Govenment colleges. Considering Last year cutoff's the closing rank for the Medical college in Bhavnagar and MP Shah Jamnagar Was around 560.

The chances of getting a government seat with 436 marks are somewhat low, as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota.
