HI anu,

your gate score is quite low for admission in top ranked iit or nits. how ever cutoff for m.tech admission differ year to year depends on gate question paper. you can apply in iit patna, jodhpur, varanasi, indore and for nits, nit harimpur, jamshedpur, surathkel,kurushetra would be good. so best of luck.
