A rank as of 83804 will not get you a branch like CSE in good NIT's. I am sorry but this is what I found. I would still suggest you to check the 2018's round 2 cutoffs of various NIT's. You can check if you are benefitted from your Home Category Quota.Even if not NIT's,you can still check some private colleges like Manipal and BITS if you applied to them.
