No you can give the neet exam there is no such rule that you can't appear for neet if u have taken admission elsewhere . Just if u want to take admission on the results of ur upcoming neet exam results you have to cancel ur admission of present college and then u can get admission to next college and cancelling previous one means filling of whole course fees. So think properly while doing so.
