Yes, you can join akash or any other institute. The minimum criteria for engineering or any other medical field is 50%. Focus on self study also.

As per CBSE guidelines you need 50% marks to qualify to write neet exam.
You can join an institute or you can join individual tuitions as per your convenience. But do devote time to self study
