Because u have done Ur 12 from Maharashtra so u r eligible for Maharashtra State counselling.

But as per information brochure .10 and 12 from State of maharashtra is must.?? So what about that?

In Delhi only 11 12 should be from Delhi and u have done 10 from Delhi and 12 from Maharashtra . So it is difficult to attend Maharashtra counselling.

This year government has changed the criteria again to support their state students so they make 10 and 12 th mandatory for domicile.
