Unfortunately you are not eligible for JEE-Advance with this percentile and category because for General category JEE-Main Cut-off is 90.77536 percentile and you have just 80. It is correct that around 2.45 Lakh students were selected for JEE-Advance it does not mean that particular rank is alloted to particular rank. There might be more than one candidate for single rank. So like this it was said that 2.45 Lakhs candidates are going to appear for JEE-Advance.
However you can predict your admission chances in different colleges on the basis of your percentile scored in JEE-Main using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

No you are not eligible for jee advanced as cutoff for general category is around 90 percentile.
2.5 lakh is the number of students,which will include students from all the categories,cutoff of different categories is different.
