I secured 88.19% in jee main and got a rank of 133997 in CRL and i am oc candidate. I got 10 points in 10th and 9.8 in 12th. Am i eligible?

Yes you are eligible for engineering ,Sorry but with this rank you can't get any NIT,IIIT.since you still can get a government college with rank .

I am sorry to inform you that, you can not get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs with this rank. But you try for state government colleges in the state of your choice. There are good chances to get admission in good government colleges.
