As per PMSS criteria for you must follow some rules like ,you must cleared 12th from recognized board ,must be resident of Jammu and Kashmir and your Parents and Family income must be less then 8LPA.

Yes ,Admission to MBBS is done through NEET processes .To get an admission through NEET, should get a score above 550 out of 720 as it is highly competitive exam and candidates prepare for years to perform best for medical course , this  program(PMSS) gives 3lakhs per annual .what part of fee structure will vary as per college you will choose to join as different college has different fee structure.
