CSAB that is center seat allocation board is conducted for the nits or iiits or gftis in which the seats are not filled in the josaa counselling the eligibility criteria for the CSAB round to have the minimum score of 75% in your 12 board. And the student must appear in jee mains 2019. You can apply for this round if you are not qualified the jee mains cut off.

Here's the eligibility for special rounds:

• You must have a valid JEE Main  rank.
• If you have not participated/registered in JoSAA are also eligible to apply.
• If you participated in JoSAA  but did not got any seat are eligible to apply CSAB.
•  If you have been allotted a seat in JoSAA  but did not report to the college or withdrawn from counselling are eligible to apply in CSAB.
• If you were eligible for JoSAA  are also eligible for CSAB Special round.
• If you have opted for Not to Participate in Special Round after JoSAA are not eligible to participate in CSAB Special Round.
