What is the eligibility criteria for jee mains and jee advance on the basis of 12 boards ??

The candidate will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs. The candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks.

Jee advance needs minimum 75% aggregate marks in 12  while in jee main there is no such 75%eligibility criteria.

Must be a student from maths stream.

The eligibility criteria for jee mains and jee advanced  on parameters of board marks is-

75%+ as aggregate in all subjects in class 12 boards or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board

If you don't qualify any of one at least you will be not eligible

There is no criteria based on your Class 12th percentage for JEE Mains. However, JEE Advanced does have a criterion, as per which you should've scored atleast 75% in 12th boards as a general category candidate.
