Hey,
To get an admission into a Government college in MP through ST category, the expected range of marks is between 451-288, however if we see the previous year cutoff trends of NSCB, it lies somewhere around 330 but this may vary significantly due to various reasons and score on the verge can keep you from getting an admission into NSCB. So it is advisable to keep a target of around 350-360 to get an ensured seat in the college of your choice.

Any analysis from previous year exams don't help. 

It depend all on the level of exam and overall performance of students. 

If most St student score 450 then the cut off might be around that or if most score around 350 that might be the cutoff. 

You should not be setting low targets. 

Try to score maximum and you'll surely get your seat.

Listen this cut off depends on question standard.if question is hard cut off will decrease and vice-versa.
