You'll need identity proof, application form which you'll be submitting, graduation certificate/transcript, migration certificate, provisional and character certificate.

Thanks for answering but can u tell me from where I get that migration certificate and I only have 54% so can I really get admission if I clear entrance. Though I know it is tough.

In that case you wont be able to appear for the entrance since minimum 55% is the eligibility, and the migration certificate is provided from the institution where you complete your graduation.
