You can definitely participate in csab counseling and getting a seat in csab counseling depends on your preferred branches and whether any seat vacant in those branches for desired college if there are vacant seats and your rank is good enough you can definitely be allotted a seat through csab but yes remember to respond to any query in time as this is the last council for nit/iiit/gfti and you will get no chance after it.
