Hello Sandhya,
I think you should mail a request letter to CBSE regarding your query so that they will give one chance to you to correct your mistake.
If you have filled the other details on the answer sheet in a proper manner, the sheet proceeds to be checked (manually) and your marks are added to the database. Rest assured, the marks that you struggled for are not going to be lost.
