After completing diploma in mechatronics engineering you may apply for b.tech in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical engineering. however you have to appear in lateral entry admission test like upsee/ jelet/ bihar lateral entry exam etc. all state government and private institute offers lateral entry admission except from nits or IITs.
