Iam didn't applied to the kcet exam. only iam applied to the neetUG so at the counseling time can i register for the kcet for counseling ?

Sorry without applying for kcet exam you can not apply for kcet at the time of counselling or what ever you are thinking of.
Think of other possible alternatives you have to join the universities you want to join for.
