if get 260 marks in Neet 2021 will I have chance to get free seat in private colleges in Andhra Pradesh state quota. I belong to BC-D.

Hope you are doing good
First of all , the score you are saying is too low , you'll surely get no govt. College as well as private college is also very very difficult to get with this score.

And free seat in private Colleges in actually out of question.

You have to aim for a higher score as you see every year candidates for NEET examination increase as well as the competition , so its obvious that you'll not get anything easily out there , 260 is a very very low score.

If you even want to get a private college aim for atleast 350-400+ marks , also in private colleges the fee would be higher and will depend on college solely.
