Hello candidate,
Yes you can appear in both the examinations that is JEE mains and mhtcet. And through mhtcet you can take admissions into any private or government colleges of Maharashtra. And through jee mains percentile of you qualify the cut-off then you can take admission into any iiits,gfti,nit or iit college.
