Hello aspirant!

That is not the way how UPSEE counselling system works. If you choose the float option, it means you go to another round of counselling and you will loose your seat in the college you got after first round. If you choose freeze, you exit from the counselling with the college you get in that particular round. I hope this information was helpful!
