if I get 49percentile in jee mains exam and i belongs to up..can i get admission in uptu college??

You cannot get UPTU colleges on the basis of JEE mains, as to get UPTU colleges you need to give UPSEEE which is a State level entrance examination.
Although there are colleges in UP which accept JEE mains score, but your percentile is very low, you need atleast 75 percentile or above to secure a government College.
