You should clear all subjects with an aggregate in PCB of 50%(general category) or 40%(SC ST OBC) and your results should be out before NEET counselling (don't worry, CBSE will declare that before counselling).

you are elligible to appear in neet counselling if you have aggregate marks of 50% in pcb and at percentile 0f more than 50 in neet exam, before the counselling procedure .

You need to ensure 2 things:
1) Your total aggregate in PCB had to  above 50% 8f you belong to GENERAL CATEGORY.
2) The results of the supplementary examination should be out before you appear for the counseling procedure.
