Yes, you can apply for JEE MAINS 2019 there is no issue with the application but by chance if you secure good marks and rank and become eligible for getting a seat in NIT or further any good college then there will be issue because for admission in NITs , IITs or IIITs you need to secure atleast 65% in board exmainations
