As you don't have 75% you need to appear for class 12 first and improve your score. You cannot get admission on haveing less than 75 % in boards. So, give 12th board once again. This is case if you have done with CBSE.

In case of other board you may look for top 20 percentile from josaa website and prepare accordingly.

You can apply for JEE Main but In order to get admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, You should have minimum 75% in class 12th as a General category & 65% as a reserved category or you should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th of state board.
