Will be veterinary for the current scenario. As per my experience in rural India there are scarcity of veterinary doctors, paramedic, health equipment s and people are in a waiting for help for there pets, livestock and animals to get instant treatment. Also the breeding facilities increased in the cities to open up more scope.
Vet medicine and therapeutic s are in high demand. If you can Excel in the innovation and research under veterinary it exposes you to the unconquered area to expand .
That's what the future looks for. It also complements to the agriculture.
