if i register with only all india quata in mcc registration for ug than afterwords if i want to register in bhu than i will be able to do so

First of all you need to know that MCC conducts the counselling for all India counselling which is applicable throughout india. Now if you are willing to go for BHU counselling so you can go for it afterwards. So yes you can apply for it too.
