if I taken admission in one clg in 1st counseling and so during second counseling if i got another clg then is my fees and documents are refundable or not ?? (In bsc nursing)

Dear applicant in the above mentioned cases if you have already paid for the Counselling into your alloted college then in the second preference getting better college means your fees will be adjusted. Apart from the Application fee paid by you, you get the refund of your fee if you want or if you select the college alloted to you in the second round then your fees will be adjusted in the subsequent counselling rounds.

Ok .thankyou so much ! for clearing my doubt.. I have another ques , after admission (fees are paided) in alloted clg during 1st counseling ,so if the fees are paid in the form of dd then how they will transfer the admission fees to my new clg ?will they give fees reciept to me to show it to that new alloted clg
