If one get a score of 300+ in jee mains and have a percentage of 50 in 12th boards. Will he get a good NIT college.

Good NIT aside, but you won't be eligible for NITs coz minimum criteria is 75%(general) and 65%(sc/st) or you need to be in top 20 percentile.
