hi i have 80 marks in jee mains and 83%in 12th boards do i have a chance of getting a good college?

At this score, you won't get any decent government college. I would rather suggest you to look for private colleges that accept JEE Main's score. Below is the link for the list of all such colleges:

There is a little chance of getting into government engineering college but don't be disheartened and there many engineering colleges. Apply at those university and you have good score according to them. Hope this answer will help you :)
