Can you please tell me you are asking for which counselling?

In order to remain in the counselling you have to report to the alloted center to take provisional admission in that college.

In order to remain in the counselling and participate you have to report to the alloted college. If you don't want that college you can opt for upgrade but reporting is compulsory.

It is not compulsory that mock round will take place.
