If someone had been allotted a mbbs college in 2nd round of aiq counselling then can he leave that college and appear for state quota ?

Hello Harshvardhan, well it's very tough to do that because most of the colleges don't allow you to leave the seat once you have been allocated the seat. All colleges have their own policy, some of them do allow to change but most of them don't. Even if they do allow to chance you would have to pay the fee for that.
