Hi asmita,

If a candidate is allowed any seat in the second round and they will be alloted another seat in the second round. Then they can't get back their alloted seat of first round.  After allocation of a new seat to that student . Their old seat is considered in the further counseling process  for other student.  And it will be alloted to other student in the second round.

But seat are alloted only on the basis of student marks.

It will be filled and update in the next round. All the students who go through the samm once these college are left vaccay yiu can't hold onto that unless you have paid for the confirmation so it usually gets updated and filled by the other ones.
