No, there will be no big problem. If you have not submitted the form to your college yet, you can fill it again with the correct details.
Just make sure you submit only the correct form to the college. Avoid submitting two forms to the college.

If you have not submitted your form yet to your college, you should be able to fill it again correctly, and submit the latest version. Let your college know about your submission so they can disregard the incorrect submission. Submitting your form twice shouldn't be an issue as long as the last submission is accurate and is confirmed by the college.
